Kelsey embarked on her professional food & beverage journey by working in the front of the house at the renowned Blue Smoke, part of Danny Meyer's culinary empire. Additionally, she gained experience as a catering waiter at Joey's Italian Restaurant, nestled within the exclusive yacht club of the Thousand Islands. With an extensive background that includes traveling to 54 countries and exploring five-star dining menus, Kelsey delved into diverse cuisines, uncovering hidden gems and unique dining experiences worldwide. During her hotel training at CitizenM, Kelsey pursued sommelier classes and barista training, providing her with a broader understanding of hotel food and beverage operations. Continuously expanding her palate, she impressively catered numerous themed dinner parties and events, accommodating up to 200 guests. Furthermore, Kelsey launched virtual cooking classes, offering others the opportunity to learn recipes live from the comfort of their own homes.
