Though Kelsey had 17+ years in management, sales, and hospitality, AV production was new to her. With dedication to clients and mastering AV, she stood out and won Encore Global’s Rookie of the Year within six months of joining the company.

Encore Global invests in cutting-edge event technology, but Sales Managers must drive adoption. In Q4 2025, Kelsey won Best Venue Product Performance for generating the highest targeted production revenue at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami.
