PLANNING AND EXECUTION

Kelsey designed and executed the audiovisuals and event technology for a Wicked-themed event hosted by Pegasus Residential in April at the Fontainebleau, Miami Beach. She created a personalized proposal that featured a Glinda magic wand presenter cue and projected flying monkeys onto the Fontaine ballroom walls to enhance the theme and vision of the event, along with state-of-the-art lighting and sound for a flawless program.

CREATIVE ELEMENTS
THE BUBBLE WAND

To keep all on stage in the Wicked spirit, we created a magic Glinda wand which had a button to switch the slides on the screen, bringing innovation and Oz magic to the Fontaine Ballroom.

FLYING MONKEYs

Kelsey incorporated rigged projection to create the look of the iconic winged monkeys flying across the Fontaine Ballroom.

OZ BACKDROP

Kelsey designed a high-resolution backdrop pro for this client, incorporating the view of Oz with their company name, taking the Wicked scene to the Fotnainebleau’s Fontaine stage.

RECOGNItION

Kelsey was gifted the WOW coin in recognition of the dedication and creativity shown throughout this event. This serves as a note of gratitude that the client is instructed to give to the person on property who has been most instrumental in putting together and executing the vision and success of the event during the program. Kelsey feels honored to have played such a significant role in such a special occasion and, as they say in Wicked, “Fantastical” event!
