KELSEY'S ROLEKelsey designed and executed the audiovisuals and event technology for a Wicked-themed event hosted by Pegasus Residential in April of 2025 at the Fontainebleau, Miami Beach. She created a personalized proposal that featured a Glinda magic wand presenter cue and projected flying monkeys onto the Fontaine ballroom walls to enhance the theme and vision of the event, along with state-of-the-art lighting and sound for a flawless program.

THE THEMEAfter their global team’s hard work, they were excited to celebrate the incredible revenue and partnerships they secured over the past year. To bring an extra level of excitement, they envisioned turning the iconic new adaptation of Wicked into their theme. As a personal lover of musical theatre, Kelsey was thrilled to take on the task.
MAGIC CUECUSTOM GOBOS To keep everyone on stage and off in the Wicked spirit, Kelsey designed a magical Glinda wand presentation cue, bringing an innovational magic trick and Oz magic to the Fontaine Ballroom.
Kelsey designed custom gobos for the client which included a standard logo for their company, as well as the iconic winged monkeys displayed through movers to create the illusion of the Wicked monkeys flying around the ballroom.
Kelsey designed a high-resolution BLANK x BLANK backdrop for their program, incorporating the view of Oz with their company name, bringing the Wicked scene to the Fontainebleau's Fontaine stage.

Kelsey was gifted the WOW coin in recognition of the dedication and creativity shown throughout this event. This serves as a note of gratitude that the client is instructed to give to the person on property who has been most instrumental in putting together and executing the vision and success of the event during the program. Kelsey feels honored to have played such a significant role in such a special occasion and, as they say in Wicked, “Fantastical” event!
