For over a century, Hallmark has helped people share love, joy, and meaningful connections through their feel-good movies and holiday programming. Now it is time to celebrate the team behind the camera and the script with a panel of some of the company's key leadership members, along with a gala in celebration of the hard work and dedication involved in bringing joy through Hallmark.
THE Location
The event took place in the stunning new Coastal Center at the Fontainebleau, Miami Beach. Equipped with brand-new rigging points and full AV capabilities, it marked the first client event to be hosted at this venue and Kelsey was proud to play a key role in its success.
KELSEY'S ROLE
Kelsey designed and implemented the audiovisual and event technology for a Hallmark event this year at the Fontainebleau, Miami Beach. She developed a customized proposal that included rigged lighting in Hallmark’s signature colors, cutting-edge sound systems, and a dedicated AV team to ensure the success of their general sessions, receptions, and breakout sessions.
HIGH LUMEN PROJECTION
To enhance the hallmark event, we installed two 9’ by 16’ screens paired with 13,000-lumen projectors, ensuring high-resolution imagery even with natural light streaming through the ballroom’s side windows. To complete the setup, the screens were framed with grey pipe and accented by Chauvet uplights in their signature colors, creating a polished and vibrant atmosphere.
RIGGING
Suspended from the ceiling were LED lights, moving fixtures, and state-of-the-art speakers, creating a sleek and innovative atmosphere. Kelsey worked closely with her rigging team to guarantee the safe use of all rigging points while flawlessly bringing the client’s vision to life for their event of the year.
BREAKOUTS
Hallmark featured a variety of breakout rooms for smaller sessions. Kelsey and the client collaborated on a plan for each room, which included monitors, power centers, flip charts, and other essentials.
FULL TEAM
Kelsey used rigged projection to create the appearance of the iconic winged monkeys flying across the Fontaine Ballroom. Complete with the themed green and blue hues, everyone was feeling “fantasical”!
