WELCOME RECEPTION GENERAL SESSION To keep everyone on stage and off in the Wicked spirit, we created a magical Glinda wand with a button to switch the slides on the screen, bringing innovation and Oz magic to the Fontaine Ballroom.
Kelsey used rigged projection to create the appearance of the iconic winged monkeys flying across the Fontaine Ballroom. Complete with the themed green and blue hues, everyone was feeling “fantasical”!
Kelsey designed a high-resolution backdrop for this client, incorporating the view of Oz with their company name, bringing the Wicked scene to the Fontainebleau's Fontaine stage.
